We will be holding a patient engagement event on Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 4.00pm at South Green Memorial Hall, Southend Road, Billericay, CM11 2PR.

Attendance will be on a first come first served basis.

Please advise us of your intention to attend the event by 3pm on Monday 18th November so we can ensure all visitors can be accommodated safely. Please RSVP by email to text.southgreen@nhs.net giving your name(s) and contact telephone number, or by dropping a note into the surgery with the same information. Please note there is very limited parking

Access

There is easy access for wheelchairs from the car park to the surgery and suitable toilet facilities. We are continually reviewing our services for disabled patients and would welcome any comments and suggestions that you may have.
